Scope of Warranty
- Applies to all products purchased directly from PowerFabb via our official website or authorized sales channels.
- Covers manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.
- Does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, unauthorized modifications, improper installation, or normal wear and tear.
- Consumables and parts subject to regular wear are excluded unless a defect is present at the time of deliver
Warranty Period
- Unless otherwise stated, all eligible products carry a 12-month warranty from the date of delivery.
- Certain items may have different warranty periods, which will be specified at the time of purchase.
What’s Covered
- Faults in materials or workmanship that prevent the product from functioning as intended.
- Replacement or repair of defective parts at no additional cost.
- If repair is not possible, PowerFabb will provide a replacement of the same model or a functionally equivalent model.
What’s Not Covered
- Damage due to misuse, neglect, accidents, or unauthorized repairs.
- Cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality.
- Issues caused by third-party accessories or modifications.
- Products purchased from unauthorized sellers.
How to Make a Warranty Claim
- Email support@powerfabb.com with the subject line Warranty Claim.
- Include your order number, purchase date, and a detailed description of the issue.
- Attach clear photos or videos showing the defect.
- Await an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number and instructions before sending the product back.
Inspection & Resolution
- All warranty claims are subject to inspection by PowerFabb or an authorized service partner.
- If the defect is confirmed, we will repair or replace the product free of charge.
- If no defect is found, the product will be returned to you, and you will be responsible for shipping costs.
Legal Rights
- This warranty is in addition to your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws and does not limit those rights.
