🔄 Return & Exchange Policy

Powerfabb does not issue refunds or accept standard returns. We only provide exchanges for products with verified manufacturing defects.

📜 Scope of Policy

This policy applies to:

  • All products purchased directly from Powerfabb via our official website or authorized sales channels.
  • Products that are unused, in the same condition as received, and in their original packaging when returned for exchange.
  • Verified manufacturing defects only — damage caused by misuse, normal wear, unauthorized modification, or third‑party repairs is excluded.
  • Consumables damaged by normal use, improper installation, or improper storage are not covered.
  • Products purchased from third‑party sellers may be subject to the seller’s own return policy; Powerfabb’s exchange policy applies only to direct purchases unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Claims must be submitted within 3 days of delivery.
  • Item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase is required.
  • Items showing signs of misuse, accidental damage, liquid damage, unauthorized repair, or alteration are not eligible.

📝 How to Request an Exchange

  1. Email info@powerfabb.com with the subject line Exchange Request.
  2. Include your order number, purchase date, and a clear description of the defect.
  3. Attach photos or videos showing the issue.
  4. Await an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number and return instructions before shipping the item back.

🔍 Inspection & Outcome

  • All returned items are inspected by Powerfabb or an authorized service partner.
  • If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, we will replace the item with the same model or a functionally equivalent model at no extra cost.
  • If no defect is found, the item will be returned to you, and you will be responsible for shipping and handling charges.
